Job summary

Mondelēz International in Michigan seeks a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and foster relationships with store teams while promoting Oreo, Ritz, belVita and other brands.

You will visit stores on a set schedule, photograph displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure in-stock conditions while following Mondelēz guidelines and supporting the sales team's plans. Flexible hours with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to meet physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Woodhaven, MI
• Secondary locations: Taylor, MI, Trenton, MI, Flat Rock, MI, Southgate, MI, Monroe, MI
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Start Time: 7:30am and 07:00 AM
• 20-25 hrs/wk

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
