Mondelēz International Inc. is seeking a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure proper in-store execution and brand visibility, while adhering to safety practices and schedules. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with 15–20 hours per week, involving driving to multiple locations within 25 miles of Indianola/Osceola,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and maneuver materials.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and build displays to support seasonal launches.
• Represent the Mondelēz brands in-store with professionalism.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos as required.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel to ensure visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the RTM and assist with promotions.
• Communicate store insights and opportunities to the team.
