Job summary

Mondelēz International in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo and Ritz to life in stores. You will perform in-store merchandising, stock shelves, set up displays, and order product via iPad to keep items in stock.

The role requires 30 hours/week, weekend availability, a valid driver’s license, and a drive-to-location setup within 25-35 miles of Lakeville, MN (Rosemount, MN secondary).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent movement in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
