Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Ridgecrest, CA. You will visit stores to stock shelves and execute promotions, ordering products via iPad and maintaining visibility for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!

You’ll build relationships with store teams, support seasonal launches, and ensure in-stock conditions while following safety protocols in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive your own vehicle.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the brand to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad and manage shelf/display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and adapt to business needs.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and management team.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical work requirements.
