Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are available across Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, Lathrop, and Patterson areas.

You’ll drive daily store visits, capture display photos, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce while maintaining excellent store relationships. The role starts early and offers 15–25 hours per week with 18–19 USD per hour depending on

• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel such as backroom receivers and managers.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage among the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, with lifting and moving product as part of a snack-powered hustle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
