Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while representing the brands with professionalism.

Open availability, 15–25 hours per week, driving to multiple locations within Modesto and surrounding CA towns. The role uses an iPad for ordering and Salesforce for stock management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; 15–25 hours per week.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Modesto, CA; secondary locations include Manteca, Tracy, Lathrop, Patterson.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to execute DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical nature of the role.
