Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Modesto, CA. You will stock shelves, set up displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock across local stores.

You’ll build strong relationships with store staff and support promotional projects. You must be 18+, have a driver’s license, and be able to lift heavy merchandise while working early hours 15–25 hours weekly, often on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance coverage to multiple store locations.
• Physical ability to lift/move products up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Modesto, CA.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays; start time around 5 am; 15–25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism to store teams and shoppers.
• Serve as the face of the company to store personnel and customers.
• Visit stores daily to capture displays and maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel for execution/visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain shelf/display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & compliant with physical merchandising tasks.
