Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in-stock using Salesforce and an iPad.

This role requires lifting, driving to multiple stores within a 25-mile radius of Mansfield, TX, and starting at 5 am for 15–20 hours per week. Previous retail experience is a plus, with mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Mansfield, TX; Arlington, TX as secondary location.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally and positively.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
