Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to work in Stockton/Lodi, CA. You will visit stores, stock shelves, manage displays, and place orders via iPad to keep products in stock using Salesforce.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, face-of-the-brand responsibilities, and adherence to RTM plans while supporting seasonal launches and high-visibility events. Open weekends with 15–25 hours weekly, starting around 5 am.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations.
• Physical work including lifting, bending and moving products; up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Stockton, CA; secondary location Lodi, CA.
• Open availability including weekends; start time around 5 am; 15–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and manage in-stock conditions via iPad and Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain shelves and displays.
