Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Washington, DC area to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are well-presented and ready for shoppers with a flexible schedule.

You will represent the company professionally, visit multiple stores, and maintain relationships with store teams while adhering to DSD Merchandising Principles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle with valid insurance (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute scheduled store visits following RTM directives; capture display photos per policy.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Set up promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Adhere to safety requirements and perform physical merchandising activities as needed.
