Mondelēz International in Washington, DC is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and belVita.

You’ll work with your RTM to ensure flawless in-store execution with a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include following merchandising principles, taking display photos, and maintaining brand standards while building relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Able to work independently with a positive, professional attitude.
• Able to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lb, occasionally 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
