Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches at retailers in the Bethesda, MD area. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit brands are well-presented, fully stocked, and consumer-ready.

The role offers a flexible schedule, early start times (7am), weekend availability, and opportunities for career advancement within Mondelēz.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude, able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs; move products to store floors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM to cover multiple stores.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
