Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Westminster, MD. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and, occasionally, 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical merchandising tasks
