Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are displayed, ready, and compliant across assigned stores with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and lifting/moving heavier items as needed.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Inglewood, CA (primary) or Culver City area.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail team.
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical duties as required.
