Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Baraboo, Portage, and Lake Delton, WI. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands shine in-store with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

The role emphasizes in-store execution, customer-facing professionalism, and merchandising across Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with insurance coverage; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform heavy work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSI Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant during the physical tasks involved.
