Job summary

Soliant is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a dynamic school setting in Texas. This two-day, 16-hour weekly contract is ideal for experienced SLPA professionals seeking flexibility without compromising growth.

Collaborate with a licensed SLP to deliver targeted speech and language interventions, collect progress data, and maintain strict confidentiality according to district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires valid SLPA license or certification.
• Minimum one year of school-based SLPA experience; new grads not eligible.
• Strong teamwork and ability to take direction from supervising SLPs.
• Excellent communication with students, staff, and families.
• Strong organization and time management for part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Support implementing IEPs under supervision.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students.
• Collect data and document progress as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district and ethics guidelines.
