Job summary

City View Post Acute in San Francisco seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a part-time and PRN basis. Evaluate residents to determine therapy needs in cognition, swallowing, and communication to enhance quality of life.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise CFYs or students, and participate in care conferences while educating families and caregivers on maintenance programs and necessary DME orders to support

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in California.
• Experience with cognition, swallowing, and communication therapies.
• Experience supervising CFYs or students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents to determine therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFYs or students and assist in training staff.
• Educate families/caregivers on maintenance, and assist with DME orders as needed.
