Soliant invites a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join a private school in the Lake City, FL area. This contract offers a balanced schedule with just 2.5 days per week, serving a close-knit community of about 80 children in small group sessions.

You will apply clinical skills to assess and treat speech and language needs, collaborate with staff and families, and maintain documentation while helping students communicate more effectively and thrive in school.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license (Florida) and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC).
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong group facilitation skills for working with children in small cohorts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to organize, adapt, and transition smoothly in a school environment.
• Passion for helping students achieve their communication and learning goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs in a supportive school setting
