Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated SLP-CCC to provide high-quality speech-language therapy in a PK–8 school setting. This on-site role serves as the sole SLP at one campus with a manageable two-day, 14-hour-per-week schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and FL licensure (CCC required), with prior school-based experience. You’ll assess, treat, and document student progress while collaborating with teachers and families to support durable interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required.
• Active FL SLP licensure (CCC) required.
• Experience or strong interest in school settings, PK–8.
• Familiarity with resource and therapy models for mixed-age caseloads.
• Ability to work independently as the sole SLP at the site.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students from pre-K to 8th grade.
• Collaborate with educators to develop intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Document services and maintain compliance with district/state guidelines.
• Serve as the primary SLP and resource for families and staff at a single campus.
