Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services across Lebanon County. The role may grow to full-time and requires weekday availability between 9am and 5pm, with services in homes, daycares, and community settings.

The SLP will support birth-to-3 IFSP goals, coach families, and participate in team meetings while maintaining required documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Follow IFSPs and provide speech therapy for birth to age 3.
• Consult with families and team members to support development.
• Provide services in homes, daycares, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and provide speech therapy to children birth to 3.
• Provide services in homes, daycares and other community settings.
• Coach families/caregivers on intervention strategies to transfer skills across settings.
• Participate in IFSP and multidisciplinary team meetings to develop or revise therapy interventions and goals.
• Compile, maintain, and file all required student documentation and reports on time.
