Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy in Reading, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services for 3–5 year olds in center-based programs in Berks County. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a full 7-hour day and no fee-for-service model.

This is a 1099 independent contracting position with mentorship from Clinical Directors and Team Leaders, plus access to resources like the Lending Library and the School-Based Academy to support your

Qualifications

• Experience delivering EI services under IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy per IEPs for 3–5 year olds in center-based settings.
• Participate in IEP and multi-disciplinary meetings to develop/intervene goals.
• Collaborate with staff to integrate therapy into classroom activities.
