HealthPro Heritage in Algonquin, IL, is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our therapy team in a retirement community, with a float opportunity to Crystal Lake. This role offers competitive hourly pay and a collaborative interdisciplinary rehab environment.

The position emphasizes patient assessment, evidence-based therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing, and close collaboration with residents, families, and other professionals, with PRN shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligible for licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities.
• Provide evidence-based therapies and educate patients and families on disorders and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and healthcare providers.
