Amedisys is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work part-time or PRN in home health. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language and swallowing disorders in adults, and provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support. Flexible scheduling accommodated by home-based care in the Lake Zurich area.

The role requires state licensure as an SLP, CCC-SLP (CFY option if applicable), and CPR certification. Competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits are offered.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with completed graduate coursework and CFY if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and AAC systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
