Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the relevant state.
• CCC-SLP with CAC/CAA-accredited program training and clinical practicum.
• CPR certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard of hearing and AAC systems for severe expressive/language disorders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Current license to practice speech pathology (state-specific)

CCC-SLP certification
