Responsibilities

• Assist with new machine installs, relocations, removals and other slot projects.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs and replacements.
• Test slot machines, identify malfunctions and repair or replace components.
• Maintain security of keys and company assets.
• Provide positive guest relations and resolve guest concerns.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
• Keep current on repair techniques and products to aid training.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Follow casino policy and procedures for equipment operation and repair.
