Job summary

Kruse Way Post Acute is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, monitor residents, administer medications, and develop care plans for long-term needs in a skilled nursing setting in Lake Oswego, OR. The role requires Oregon RN licensure and CPR, with experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Oregon with current CPR certification.
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable with experience.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of patient care to facility residents.
• Document care in the clinical record per guidelines and regulations.
• Communicate with resident's physician and care team.
• Administer and document medications as prescribed.
• Maintain narcotic records and assist with medication management.
• Respond to emergencies and administer CPR when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and attendance.
