Job summary

Kruse Way Post Acute in Lake Oswego, OR is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, monitor residents, and implement treatment plans in a skilled nursing setting. Shifts are Day 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM on Sundays, with pay ranging from $50–$55 per hour based on experience. Background checks are required for all staff before patient contact.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oregon is required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Six months in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to facility residents/patients.
• Document care and resident status in the chart per guidelines.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate with care team.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain narcotics records and assist with medication management.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR as needed.
