Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a part-time Ski/Snowboard Instructor to deliver high-quality coaching with a focus on safety and enjoyment. You will teach guests across all levels, maintain a friendly brand voice, and ensure learning experiences align with Sundance's Cycle of Learning.

Typical shifts include weekends and holidays, with a commitment to 3 days per week and some Sundays. Strong PSIA/AASI credentials or progress toward certification are valued for progression through the zones.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI certification or working toward certification.
• Solid skiing/snowboarding ability and technique knowledge.
• Ability to teach safely across multiple terrain and conditions.
• Reliability with consistent timeliness and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing/snowboarding with focus on safety and fun.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and staff.
• Attend required trainings and stay knowledgeable on brand standards.
• Represent Sundance SnowSports with positive, deep learning experiences.
• Adapt coaching to student levels, from apprentice to advanced.
• Uphold safety policies and supervise all on-snow activities.
