Job summary

CSN is seeking a Part-Time Site Facilitator to oversee day-to-day site operations in the absence of the Site Coordinator or Campus Manager. The role includes ensuring a safe learning environment, responding to inquiries, and coordinating room changes while maintaining CSN policies.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred are basic computer skills and the ability to work independently, manage time, and act proactively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations at the site or campus.
• Notify proper CSN and/or 99FSS personnel regarding emergencies or related issues.
• Provide and maintain excellent customer service to all customers.
• Work with 99FSS personnel and Security Forces to ensure a safe learning environment.
• Ensure that High Flex and in-person classes run efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate departments as needed.
• Assist faculty, students and visitors with various needs.
• Navigate CSN website to locate college information.
• Make room changes and email supervisor with reasons.
• Represent CSN professionally and promote its mission.
• Report site activity weekly via email and urgent events by phone.
• Submit work orders and OTS tickets as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
