Job summary

CSN is seeking an operations-focused coordinator to manage daily site activities at the Las Vegas campus. You will step in for the Site Coordinator or Campus Manager and coordinate with 99FSS personnel for emergencies and security.

You will ensure smooth operation of High Flex and in-person classes, assist faculty and students, and guide visitors. Strong customer service and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and act proactively.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or aliens authorized to work in the U.S.
• Position may require a criminal background check.
• Applicants may be required to demonstrate the ability to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility day to day in the absence of the Site Coordinator or Campus Manager.
• Oversee site operations at the site or campus.
• Notify CSN and/or 99FSS personnel regarding emergency, security, custodial, or related issues.
• Provide and maintain excellent customer service.
• Work with 99FSS personnel and Security Forces to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
• Work with High Tech Centers to ensure High Flex and in-person classes run efficiently.
• Answer telephone calls and transfer them to appropriate areas or departments.
• Assist faculty, students, and visitors with directions and information.
• Navigate the CSN website to locate college-related information.
• Make necessary room changes and email the supervisor with details.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, NSHE, and CSN policies.
• Represent CSN and promote its mission professionally.
• Report site activity weekly by email and urgent events immediately by telephone.
• Complete and submit work orders and OTS tickets, or notify the supervisor of work order needs.
• Perform other assigned duties.
