Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada (CSN) is seeking a Part-Time Site Facilitator to support daily operations at the Summerlin and Western Tech locations when the Site Coordinator or Administrative Assistant is unavailable. You will greet visitors, assist with enrollment questions, provide campus resources, and help with classroom support and test proctoring.

Strong customer service, MS Office skills, and the ability to travel between sites are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel between campus sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to CSN Summerlin Center and CSN Western Tech sites.
• Greet and direct visitors, including students, staff, and partners.
• Assist enrollment inquiries and provide campus resources.
• Provide technical assistance and classroom support.
• Ensure campus safety in coordination with security and test proctoring.
