Job summary

York College of Pennsylvania is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver to provide campus transportation for Main, West and North Campuses. The role runs Monday through Friday, with a 12-4pm shift during academic sessions, and occasional weekends for special events.

You will transport students between campuses, perform daily bus checks and refuel as needed, handle special driving assignments, and drive to service stations for oil changes.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months professional driving experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must pass a DOT required physical
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record is required

Responsibilities

• Transport students back and forth to/from Main, West and NorthCampuses.
• Check bus for cleanliness and fuel at end of shift; clean and refuel as necessary.

Position Summary

Part Time Shuttle Bus Drivers are responsible for drivingcollege-owned vehicles as a routine function. They run Mondaythrough Friday, the shift currently available is 12-4pm duringacademic sessions only, with occasional weekends for specialevents. Drivers will provide shuttle bus services for studentstraveling back and forth from to/from Main, West, and NorthCampuses.

Students are delivered safely to and from Main, West and NorthCampuses.

Essential Functions

• Transport students back and forth to/from Main, West and NorthCampuses 85%
• Check bus for cleanliness and fuel at the end of each shift;clean and refuel as necessary 10%
• Perform special driving assignments and drive the shuttle toservice stations for oil changes and repairs 2.5%
• Perform other duties as assigned 2.5%

Experience and Education Required

• Six (6) months professional driving experience preferred
