Job summary

York College of Pennsylvania is seeking Part Time Shuttle Bus Drivers to operate college-owned vehicles on a Monday–Friday schedule from 12–4pm during academic sessions, with occasional weekend events. Shuttles serve Main, West, and North Campuses, transporting students safely between locations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, DOT physical, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record; six months of driving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months professional driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PA Vehicle Code and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Transport students back and forth to/from Main, West and North Campuses 85%.
• Check bus for cleanliness and fuel at the end of each shift; clean and refuel as necessary 10%.
• Perform special driving assignments and drive the shuttle to service stations for oil changes and repairs 2.5%.
• Perform other duties as assigned 2.5%.
