Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. seeks a Part-Time Showroom Sales Specialist to provide interior design and product expertise, guide clients through tile and stone selections, and support project development to ensure sales closures.

The role uses the showroom as a selling tool to drive specifications, sales, and brand awareness. This is a Part-Time position with a maximum of 29 hours weekly, and Saturday work is required; evening and weekend hours are also required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of interior design trends and color coordination.
• Experience with design tools like AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide interior design and product expertise to guide tile and stone selection and project development.
• Log client showroom visits and preferences; communicate with team to follow up and close sales.
• Prospect for new business with builders and designers; follow up on leads to grow business.
• Maintain showroom samples and merchandising; coordinate with suppliers for new product launches.
• Plan and host showroom tours and industry events to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Evening and weekend hours are required.
