Job summary

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a friendly Showroom Greeter to join our dealership team. You will be the first contact for customers, greet visitors, and direct them to the right departments to ensure an exceptional experience.

This part-time role offers 10-15 hours weekly with pay at minimum wage, ideal for someone who wants to stay active. Responsibilities include maintaining an inviting showroom, assisting staff, and delivering outstanding service daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments
• Stocking the customer snacks and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
