Laura Automotive Group is seeking a part-time Receptionist to greet showroom visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries within our Collinsville dealership. You will coordinate with departments and sales staff, maintaining a friendly, efficient front-desk experience.

Responsibilities include data gathering, keeping the waiting area tidy, and supporting HR trainings compliance, while presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to a salesperson.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate department or individual.
• Communicate professionally with callers and visitors.
• Obtain basic demographic information about each customer using a database or log sheet.
• Keep the showroom and waiting area neat and orderly.
• Assist with brewing coffee.
• Maintain compliance with Company HR trainings.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Other tasks as assigned.
