Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to join Caleres, Inc. in Wisconsin. You’ll create a welcoming in‑store experience, help customers find the perfect shoes, and represent our brands with enthusiasm.

You’ll manage daily store tasks, engage with customers, support your team, and contribute to a positive culture while enjoying shoe discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED completed.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
