Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create a welcoming store experience and drive customer loyalty. You’ll engage customers, share knowledge of our brands, and help shoppers find the perfect shoes while embodying the Famous Feeling.

You’ll handle daily store tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory, while upholding company standards. A team player with strong communication and a passion for shoes will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong relationship-building and positive communication with store staff.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Sound independent judgment in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid understanding of general retail practices.
• Able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and build engaging experiences.
• Communicate clearly with the store team and drive sales.
• Uphold store standards and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Assist with training and development when needed.
