Job summary

Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate in New Orleans to create an inviting store experience and help customers find the perfect fit. You’ll blend product knowledge with friendly service to build loyalty and drive sales, while upholding store standards and brand culture.

You’ll collaborate with team members, adapt to a dynamic retail environment, and contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that makes every guest feel valued and confident in their purchase.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build positive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in.
• Deliver stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences powered by attentiveness and determination.
