Famous Footwear is looking for a store associate to enhance daily operations, assist customers, and drive sales. You will handle pricing, shipments, and inventory while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and easy to shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks (pricing, shipments, fulfillment, inventory).
