Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to create an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect shoes, keep the store clean and organized, and contribute to a welcoming culture. You’ll share trends with customers and stay informed to build engaging experiences.

You’ll champion our Famous culture, deliver top-notch customer engagement, and drive sales with urgency while collaborating with the store team. A flexible schedule and team-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
