Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an engaging in-store experience and expert assistance in finding the perfect shoes. You’ll help keep the store organized, showcase our brands, and contribute to a friendly, inclusive environment where customers feel welcomed and confident in their purchases.

You’ll work as part of a team, stay informed on trends, and share knowledge with customers to drive sales and create the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff and customers.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
