Famous Footwear is hiring for a store associate to keep daily operations running smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory while upholding our brand standards.

You will engage customers with top-notch service, promote the Famous culture, and drive sales with enthusiasm. Flexibility to work holidays and extended hours is required, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
