Caleres, doing business as Famous Footwear in Canton, OH, is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers find the perfect footwear, keep the store organized, and support daily operations with a positive, customer-first mindset.

You’ll represent the Famous Footwear brand, collaborate with a team, and contribute to store performance through attentive service, product knowledge, and a welcoming shopping experience that leaves customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and flexible schedule (holidays, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: handle pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and well-stocked.
