Caleres is seeking a Sales Associate for Famous Footwear to create an inviting store environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help customers find the right shoes, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture on the sales floor.

You’ll stay informed about trends, assist with inventory and merchandising, and participate in training to grow within the company. A strong customer-focus and flexibility are important for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build constructive relationships within store.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Able to exercise independent judgment when partnering with Store Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by embodying customer engagement and delivering top-notch experiences.
