A strong team ethic and passion for shoes are essential. You will support daily operations, collaborate with store leadership, and help deliver engaging customer experiences across Famous Footwear and related brands.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store colleagues.
• Positive communication with coworkers at all levels.
• Demonstrates independent judgment in decision-making with store needs.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

• Ace Retail Operations: manage daily store tasks like pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store orderly and products easily shoppable.
