Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to create an exceptional store experience. You will foster a welcoming environment, coach selling behaviors, and ensure the store runs smoothly—from pricing to inventory and checkout.

You’ll lead with integrity, motivate the team, and celebrate victories while building customer loyalty and brand enthusiasm. You’ll inspire, educate, and collaborate with partners to meet goals, adapt to changes, and deliver top-notch customer service with style.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operations processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from store manager.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
