Famous Footwear in Stevens Point is seeking a Sales Lead to drive customer-focused service and store performance. You will coach teammates, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment that delivers the Famous Feeling to every customer.

As a key member of the store team, you’ll balance sales goals with effective coaching, inventory awareness, and adherence to company policies while promoting inclusivity and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proven retail experience and knowledge of store operations.
• Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and processes.
• Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store technology.
