Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate in Washington, PA. You will create a welcoming store environment, engage customers with knowledgeable service, and help shoppers find the perfect footwear while learning our products and brands.

You will support daily operations, assist with pricing and inventory, and contribute to a positive team culture with flexibility for a dynamic retail schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion with Store Sales Manager guidance.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and embody the Famous culture to drive customer connection.
• Review store performance and contribute to sales goals with clear, timely communication to the team.
