Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Hoffman Estates, IL is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor to oversee the activities of associates on a shift, ensure daily goals are met, and maintain policy compliance in a hospital setting.

You will train staff, schedule shifts, evaluate performance, manage time-off requests, and mentor teammates while providing high-quality patient and visitor support. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.

• Prior supervisory and hospital setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
